INTRO TO OUR LOYALTY PROGRAM

We are one of the first smoke shops to run an in-house loyalty program!  We created this program as a way to offer incentives to shop with us, and it has been quite popular!  Customers accrue points through purchases and other activities, and can spend them on discount codes, products, gift cards, services and more!

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

We tried to make it easy as possible.  When you create a customer account, you are automatically enrolled in our Loyalty Program!  You will start receiving Emails every time you earn points.  Once logged into your account on this website, you can click the Loyalty tab at the bottom left corner of this screen.  This will bring up our Loyalty Widget, allowing you to check your points balance, as well as see what rewards you can redeem!

CAN I EARN POINTS AT THE LOCAL STORES?

Yes! Your customer account is based on your Email address, so you will want to enter the same Email address that is set to your online account for in-store purchases! 

HOW ARE POINTS EARNED?

To start, you earn a point for every $10 you spend.  We also reward points for doing other things, like following us on social media and writing reviews!  Check out our Guide to Earning Loyalty Points to make sure you take advantage of every option.

WHAT REWARDS ARE AVAILABLE

We have a selection of items you can exchange your points for, from Cave Merchandise to hot items like bangers and cases.  We even have some one-of-a-kind heady glass pieces usually available.  Our most popular rewards are our discount codes, but there are some other very unique options.  You can check out our List of Rewards Here!

HOW DO I CHECK MY POINTS?

Log into your account, and click the Rewards tab at the bottom left of the screen. Also, each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. 

HOW DO I CLAIM A REWARD?

When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to claim it. You will be given a unique discount code. Add the item the reward is for to your cart, then enter the code when checking out.  Note: you can only use one coupon code per order. If you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter!

Terms and Conditions

  • The Cave reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
  • Coupons can only be redeemed once.
  • Some items are limited in availability and hidden from our online store. The online team must be contacted so they can send you an invoice to use your discount code.  If the item is already taken, you will be refunded your points to spend on a different reward.
  • All reward selections are final and non-returnable, so make sure you want the reward you are claiming. That said, accidents happen, so Contact Us if you accidentally claim a reward you don't want!
  • As mentioned above, Discount Code Rewards may not be used on certain items, which are currently:
    • Any Items Currently on Sale or Discounted
    • New Products are excluded for 30-60 Days
    • Quartz Products
    • Products by Mothership, Toro, Mobius & Sovereignty
